- From
the Northampton Area:
Pick up Route 66 in the center of Northampton (Forbes Library
in Northampton is on Route 66) and follow west for quite a distance,
through Westhampton, until Route 66 ends on Route 112 in Huntington.
Take a left onto Route 112.
Follow Route 112 south into the center of Huntington.
Library is about 3 miles on the left. If you end up at intersection
with Route 20 then you’ve gone too far.
- From
Springfield, the Mass Pike, and the East:
Take Route 20 west.
Route 20 can be picked up in Springfield or by taking exit 3 off the
Mass Pike (I-90) in Westfield and following Routes 10/202 south to
intersection with Route 20 west. Take a right onto Route 20 west.
Follow Route 20 through Russell into Huntington and intersection with
Route 112. Take a right onto Route 112 north, cross the bridge, and
the library is a short way ahead on the right.
- From
the West:
Follow Route 20 east to the intersection with Route 112 in
Huntington.
Take left onto Route 112 north, cross the bridge, and library is a
short way ahead on the right.
- From
the North (Hill Towns, Rt.9):
Take Route 112 south into Huntington.
Library is on the left. If you end up at intersection with Rt. 20
then you’ve gone too far
- From
Pittsfield:
Take Route 8 south through Dalton, Hinsdale, and Becket until
you reach intersection with Route 20.
Take a left onto Route 20 east.
Follow Route 20 through Chester into Huntington to intersection with
Route 112. Take a left onto Route 112 north, cross the bridge, and
library is a short way ahead on the right.
