From points south:
Take I-91 North to Exit 4 (Columbus Avenue) and go straight. At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto State Street. Proceed 1.4 miles and stay to the left following State Street. (where Wilbraham Road cuts off to the right.). Follow State Street. and the Route 20 signs (Boston Road). Continue past MassMutual Insurance, car dealership (on your right); at next traffic light there will be a cemetery on your right. Pine Point Branch is approx. 1/4 mile past the cemetery on your left.

From points north:
Take I-91 South to Exit 7 (Columbus Avenue) and go straight. At the second traffic light, turn left onto State Street. Proceed 1.4 miles and stay to the left following State Street (where Wilbraham Road cuts off to the right.). Follow State Street and Route 20 signs (Boston Road). Continue past MassMutual Insurance, and car dealership (on your right); at next traffic light there will be a cemetery on your right. Pine Point Branch is approx. 1/4 mile past the cemetery on your left.

From points east:
Take I-90 (Mass Pike) West. Take Exit 7 (Ludlow) and take a left onto Center Street which is also Route 21. Follow the signs for Route 21S. The road will take a right to cross over a bridge and then another right after the bridge. At the next traffic light, take a left (all these turns are marked as Route 21S). At this point, Route 21S is also called Parker Street. Stay on Parker/Route 21 for almost a mile to the intersection of Route 21 and Route 20 (Boston Road). Take a right onto Route 20/Boston Road. Continue on Boston Road (Route 20 will turn off to the right but stay on Boston Road). Go through 6 traffic lights. The sixth light will intersect with Bay. The library will be on your right side, after Leitch Street.

From points west:
Take I-90 (Mass Turnpike) to Exit 4 (West Springfield/Holyoke) onto I-91 South. Follow I-91 South to Exit 7 (Columbus Avenue) and go straight. At the second traffic light, turn left onto State Street. Proceed 1.4 miles and stay to the left following State Street (where Wilbraham Rd. cuts off to the right.). Follow State Street and Route 20 signs (Boston Road). Continue past MassMutual Insurance and car dealership (on your right), at next traffic light there will be a cemetery on your right. Pine Point Branch is approx. 1/4 mile past the cemetery on your left.
